But don’t stuff yourself to the point of pain, that is the whole point of leftovers.
Eat everything in moderation.
Don’t skip breakfast. And snack if you start to feel ‘hangry’.
Have dessert, you deserve it, both types of pie if you want.
Help out in the kitchen, cooking and cleaning burns calories.
Enjoy a walk or a nap after dinner.
Never feel guilty.
